UNITRAY is the optimised AirLine generation with a modern, compact design and innovative frame construction for a smaller footprint and reduced weight at the same capacity. Temperature distribution is improved and regeneration times are shortened – even Cook and Freeze meals can be reliably regenerated. Ergonomic details such as protected sliding handles, a secure door mechanism and a large, easy-to-read display make everyday operation simple. The easy-to-clean design with flush surfaces supports hygiene and fast cleaning.

AirLine DSPRO

DSPRO with PROSERV is the AirLine system with separate technology in an active station and mobile trolley. The DSPRO station handles heating and cooling, while the PROSERV trolley is designed for transport and distribution and reliably maintains temperatures through integrated insulation. When docked, the separated hot and cold air streams are guided precisely, with special seals ensuring a clean thermal separation of the zones. The system is available in several sizes and is suitable for Cook and Serve, Cook and Chill as well as Cook and Freeze processes.

EvoMulti

EvoMulti is the multi-portion trolley of the AirLine series for flexible meal presentation and transport. With reduced weight and an elegant design, the system is perfectly suited for regenerating and maintaining the temperature of meals through to serving. It handles Cook&Serve, Cook&Chill and Cook&Freeze processes. The modular ALU frame construction allows flexible configuration with thermostatically controlled and neutral compartments at minimal dead weight.

Waitingtray

Waitingtray is the compact storage and staging solution for temperature-controlled meal service. With optimum cold and heat retention for up to four trays, the system is ideal for flexible service logistics where meals need to be temporarily stored at the point of service. The adjustable temperature control – down to 3°C on the cold side and up to 85°C in the hot compartment – ensures food safety and quality retention without relocating components. InductLine is a fully integrated induction meal transport system with combined cooling that connects transport, cold management and precise heating in a single system. Induction regenerates meals gently and evenly, preserving flavour, appearance and nutrients as effectively as possible. At the same time, the system remains flexible, as different supply methods can be switched depending on the day or requirements.

Integrated Technology

With integrated technology, all controls are built directly into the transport trolley. The system can therefore be used independently of location and works on a plug-and-play basis – simply bring it to the station, connect to the power supply and you’re ready to go. Induction and active forced-air cooling work together in a compact trolley that can accommodate up to 24 trays despite its small footprint. Ideal for facilities that require maximum flexibility without external infrastructure.

Docking Station

With docking station systems, the transport trolley remains deliberately free of technology – making it slim, light and particularly easy to manoeuvre. Regeneration and cooling take place via the docking station as soon as the trolley is coupled. This makes procurement and operation more economical, as the technology does not need to be present in every trolley multiple times. At the same time, the workflow remains efficient, as thermal separation and temperature control are handled systematically, without making the trolley heavy or complex.

External Technology

With external technology, the regeneration unit remains as a compact wall station fixed at the station. The transport trolley itself becomes slimmer, lighter and easier to handle. A key economic advantage: one wall station can be used by multiple trolleys, significantly reducing procurement and operating costs. Control is handled externally via the wall station, while the trolley is available in modular or fully welded construction.
